My horn sounds weak, and has gotten weaker sounding. I want to take a look at it, where is the horn located ?

It's behind the bumper cover on the drivers side. You may be able to get to it by removing the belly pan under the front end, but I'm not 100% sure of this. See picture below for exact location of the horn.
