Hello Everyone!!
New to the Ecoboost Forum. Glad to be here. Heaps of info to look at.
Took delivery of my Magnetic Grey Mustang today morning from Knox Ford Melbourne. After the delay with the delivery of the car due to customs hold up, I was pissed and surprised at the pre-delivery checks performed by the dealership. (Car was with dealer for 3 days before I picked it up today) The audio system in the car has no sound, the media player works but without any sound. The dealership tired to check it but couldnt fix it, they have booked me in for next saturday to inspect the issue and try and fix it.
Has anyone come across this issue before. Please let me know and if there is fix for it. What should I ask the dealer in case they are not able to fix it or if there is delay in getting it fixed. (Please note, the touch works fine and all the operations are fine except for the sound) Looking forward to your responses.
