I live in Las Vegas and as a new Ecoboost owner I am pleasantly surprised with the power and handling of the new S550. Like all gear heads I wanted a little more so I ordered a Airaid CAI and tuner from American Muscle. The CAI works fine but after a month and numerous calls from American Muscle, Bama and SCT
plus two new tuners I must say I am disappointed with the tuners. The first one arrived with no tunes loaded. And the second did not recognize the vehicle. I want to know if anyone ha s experienced the same problem and could recommend a company that has a tuner that is truly plug and play.
