Any such thing as an inexpensive replacement intercooler for my ecoboost? I just got a 2015, 3400 miles, want to get more performance. Ford tune looks good, and thinking about an intercooler. But, geez, the prices are incredible. Anything out there that is good, but not $500+?

Nope. The aftermarket intercoolers are gonna cost ya. However you really don't need to upgrade the stock one until you start upping the boost level. Adding an aftermarket intercooler to a stock setup won't provide any real gains in power, however it will reduce heat soak or delay it's occurrence.
