getting the car in 2 days.. already planning my first mods.. any tips for where to start??

I feel like I'm going to start with the Cobb v3 Accessport tune and then eventually/perhaps get a downpipes, and a resonated exhaust from MAPerfomance.. Im a bit concerned they wont be compatible.. the tune is set from what I understand and might not be the best for the new exhaust.. anyone know a more custom tuning solution that would work with that exhaust (it seems to be the best I've heard online so far..)...
Also, I did NOT get the performance package because I didn't like the black wheels (lol i know).. and I'm concerned about the final drive ratio that I have stock.. should upgrading that be a priority, or only worry about that if I ever want to track the car?

let me know what you think, what you did, etc..

Thanks for the info Warhorse- it does look like they incorporate that tune with the exhaust and all their upgrade packages... And I like the hot and cold charge pipes idea, but I think those will be in my "stage 2" efforts with a larger intercooler and BOV install.. Then stage 3 would be bigger turbo and any fuel supply or other supporting mods..
Anyone have recommendations for best sounding exhaust or BOV? Again I like the MAPerformance resonated turbo back so far, and I have not found a BOV I like yet.. At all.. I think I want one that has a valve to prevent blow off at lower pressure so it only vents with higher revs/pressures .. If that's possible I dunno

MAPerformance resonated turbo back is the best sounding exhaust for the Ecoboost IMHO. It sounds the least "Ricey" or "Farty".

As for modding I personally am going to wait until I have access to someone who can provide me a custom tune. I've dealt with "canned" tunes in the past on my other cars and will never do that again.

I don't mind trusting the Cobb tune to be good for a stock mustang, but I'm nervous it will still apply perfectly to all modifications.. I may just need to get a custom tune after each significant change.. problem is finding a local shop...

They may include a custom tune.. I dunno. I see that MAPerformabce has a bolt on set that has a custom MAP tune to go with it.. I'll prolly just do that.. Simple.. And it has the exhaust note I want .. Just a matter of saving 3k..
