Just because its an EcoBoost engine, does not mean that it will be boring (if you're willing to shell out a few more dollars.) The EcoBoost Mustang will have a performance package offered. This news comes to us from a order guide that is a bit hard to decipher, so I am just going to trust that the guys at Jalopnik are good at making sense of it.

The order guide tells us what the package is called and how much it will cost but not what is included in it. So I'll let you use your imagination for that.

Anyways, the point is that the EcoBoost Mustang will have a performance package for $1,995.

I've put a link to the Jalopnik article here where you can see the order guide and decipher the primary source for yourself.

Are you guys interested in the performance package? It seems pretty reasonably priced to me, and I'd like it if it made the Ecoboost Mustang a bit more burly. Though the Ecoboost engine seems the best choice for me, I am a bit jealous of the bigger engines in other variants. Not jealous of their higher fuel consumption though.

So it's official, we know what's in and the price.
- Gauge pack
- Unique chassis tuning (no idea what this is)
- Upsized Rear Sway bar (No idea..)
- Larger radiator
- Heavy duty front springs
- Larger brake rotors 4 Piston front calipers
- 19" X9 BLACK painted !!!!!! No good idea !!
- Summer 255/40R19 (Shouldn't this be ZR )
- Unique calibration
- 3.55 limited slip rear axle
- Spoiler delete (Didn't notice there is one..)

Anyone knows what the 'no ideas' are ?
