I have a 2017 Eco Boost with 54000 miles. Engine coolant over temperature alarm went off and temperature gauge is in the red. Pulled over and been sitting 20 mins. It’s still completely in the red. And the defrost (with the ac on) isn’t working

I noticed I was driving w a loose coolent hose. I'm sure I've been driving the car without any coolent for 4 days since that's when I noticed that my heater wasn't working. I attempted to refill the coolant but it wouldn't top off nor leak . I'm sure my coolent went straight to the engine. I'm having it towed to a mechanic this week
