I bought my eco-boost used with 16K miles. Drove it the first weekend and had issues with the throttle body. It was fixed under warranty. Right after that was fixed when running at 30 MPH the car will go to shift, rev up to about 3K and then shift. Does it alot and only at 30K. Took it to the dealer. First time they replaced a valve. Seem to fix it for two weeks. The second trip to the dealer, I don't think they did anything did it on way home. Went to different dealer on trip three they rebuilt the transmission stated is had a center shaft issue. Worked good for two weeks and then on the 4th trip they told me it was the way I drive and they can't make it any better. It is a pain in the butt in traffic situations. Since the problem goes away for about 2 weeks when it is reset do you think it is a tuning issue and can I fix it with a after market tuner. Anyone else have these issues? Have 24K on the car now so I have a while until the drive train warranty is up.

Definitely sounds like you have an issue with some slippage on your 6R80 A/T equipped Mustang. Doubt if you'll get many replies to the issue here on this forum. However, since all 15-18 model Mustangs equipped with the 6-speed A/T transmission utilize the same model (6R80) you can pretty much do a search of all the Mustang websites and see if there's someone out there having similar issues with the 6R80 in their GT or V6 model.
