Exclamation white smoke during warm idle in cold weather. is this bad or normal?

Today I noticed some water vapor and the blackish soot in the exhaust tip. this usually is normal, as I have been told numerous times over the 1 year or so I've owned my '15 ecoboost mustang. But today I noticed some white smoke this morning even after the car was warmed up to normal operating temp. the cylinder head temp stayed around 185. I parked the car after about a 1/3 or 1/2 mile round trip. The car was warmed up already after the 15 mile ride home from work, but I had to run an errand after I got home. I noticed the white smoke after I parked at home, I don't remember the car doing this before but I don't remember for sure. Is this normal or not? Now I'm worried about my car.

When do you see this white smoke? All the time while the engine is running?

Follow up and potential associated question. You asked about topping off your coolant in a different post the other day. Are you slowly losing coolant and this why you needed to know about proper top off procedures? There is a possibility these two things (white smoke & low coolant) are related...

As far as I can tell, I'm not losing coolant. I added a bit of coolant because I thought I was a bit low, the coolant has stayed at the same level. I'm not sure if I noticed the white smoke or steam all the time. I've just noticed it today when the car was warmed up. of course it was 30 degrees outside. I'm not if that played a factor. The coolant was never low, it was just below the cold fill mark, I added just a bit more, so when cold it's between min and max fill lines, when warm it's just above max fill (barely).

When the temps are that low I'd bet you were just seeing condensation/steam.

Thats what I'm hoping. I just sometimes don't notice things, but notice them later, and think maybe thats the first time that happened, but maybe its me not paying attention to it happening before. But 28 degrees Fahrenheit air against a hot exhaust would create condensation. I like to overthink things, I get obsessive about things especially my car.
