hello, I'm new on this forum, whilst I'm planning to buy an EB Mustang fully loaded,
I'm trying to learn as much as possible on the2015 Stang on this forum.
In the past I've owned a 1975 Mustang II, followed by a 2.3 L 1979 Mustang Cobra, the last Mustang I've owned was a 1996 V6, equipped afterwards with a lot of bolt-on's from Kenny Brown.
I'm 62 now, living in Belgium and retired.
Actual car is a 2005 Mercedes CLK Avantgarde 200K

Cool that you've owned so many Mustangs in the past. Did you live somewhere other than Belgium in the past? I just ask because this is the first Mustang model they are selling in Europe right? Have you put in an order yet? Have you chosen a color?

To Greenhorse (by the way, great name), to answer your question, no I didn't live anywhere else than in Belgium. Mid seventies, Mustangs II were available over here, from the base model on to the striped Cobra. The one that I got back then was a second hand, Not much power indeed, but at the age of 25 I was very happy driving a Mustang. A few years later (1979-1980) came the fox Mustang, also available over here, the 2.3 Cobra that I had came from Ford Dealer Permeke in Antwerp. The SN95 was delivered by Ford dealer De Kort in Brasschaat, north of Antwerp. All the improvements I've made on this car resulted in the best handler I've ever had. For instance a 90 degree turn, at
100 km/h, no problem at all
You see, Mustangs ware already on the road over here, though this is the first time that Ford releases the Mustang globally. I must say that my expectations are very high on this new car, having in mind that Ford earlier already stated to with draw COČ emissions, which without no doubt will be very interesting for the European continent..

To complete the questions asked, no I haven't ordered the new Mustang yet.
First, I'll wait till it gets in the showroom, second, I certainly need a test-drive, third , I want to make sure about the taxes over here, COČ emissions, price and available packages, and so on.
Also there's a possibility that I wait for the 2016 version later next year. This depends on the warranty Ford will give on the new model. Keeping in mind that we're not in the USA and the European version will be different than the one in the states.

for the curiosity of Fieverkie, I live in the Herentals region!

Don't get the link between warranty and model 2016...?
2yrs warranty is given on import models by importers such as LEK in NL and the official local ford warranty is currently not confirmed on the 2015 Stang
What's the warranty on a Mondeo or Focus ?

don't search for a link Untame67, that was not the intention.
maybe I went a bit too fast in my earlier message.
Buying a 2015 or a 2016 depends on a few unknown elements at the moment.
One of them is the financial matter.

Yep, Id love to get the EU prices as well so we can move on with either a long wait at a very good price or a more or less risky US import... (homologation/regulations)

+/- 35K should be the EU price for a well spec'ed Ecoboost...
