Mustang Production to begin on July 14th

Word on the Internet is that the 2015 Ford Mustang will begin on July 14th. Cars will be built in Flat Rock, Michigan and will then be sent to dealerships, so that they can be officially sold to customers on September 9th, 2014. Convertible Mustangs will be built in September and will be purchasable on October 27th, 2014.

Another important time frame is that the media launch will happen in the fourth quarter. That means that we will start to see commercials and other advertising.

Wow that's a pretty long time to be producing only media and fleet cars. How many of these vehicles do you think Ford is going to produce just for fleets and the media?
